Wisbech Cricket

Training takes place from April – July on the Harecroft Road cricket pitch. For further information on pre-season/winter nets please contact the Club Captain.

The cricket section deliver lots of different events throughout the year alongside league games at junior and adult levels.

Cricket week delivers a great opportunity for young players to develop new skills whilst having fun. The club host high level cricket events such as Cambridgeshire County Cricket week as well as the MCC in a two day match.

It is important that the club provides an opportunity to members to play the sport they love at many different levels and the teams are scattered through various competative leagues, some at the elite athlete end and some at the social enjoyment end!

The club have many young players taking part in training and youth sides as well as those who are aged 13 and over being able to compete in adult teams.

There are opportunities to take on management committee responsibilities, develop as umpires and coaches as well as fundraising towards equipment and the rebuilding of the Clubhouse through the Crockey Project.

Get in touch and we will find the best way for you to take part at a pace and level right for you! Please browse the pages of the website and follow us on our Twitter page.
