WTCHC EASTER EVENT

Thank you for taking part in one of our events. Please complete the form below, tick the box to say that you are happy with the terms and conditions and start training for the 9th April!

ON THE DAY

On the day you will be given a racing number so that we can provide you with times for the different events (and so that we can keep track of who is who). Please report to the clubhouse 30 minutes before your event starts to let us know that you have arrived and to collect your number.

SPONSORSHIP

We would love you to collect sponsorship to help us fundraise for our new hockey pitch (due to be completed this Summer). 

There are two ways to collect sponsorship. Our preferred method is for you to use ‘Crowdfunder Multiplier. For every pound we raise through Crowdfunder, Sport England ‘Places and Spaces’ will match it, up to £10,000 - meaning your sponsorship is doubled.

Follow the steps to set this up:

  • Use this link to get to our Crowdfunder page - WTCHC Hockey Pitch Refurbishment

  • Click Start Fundraising (located just above where you can donate – see image below) so that you can set up your own page, linked to ours.

  • You will be able to select your own project target and title, add videos or images and share information about our campaign (raising funds for our new pitch). If you are looking for a picture to use, see our official Crowdfunder picture below. You will be asked for a postcode for our project, our postcode is PE13 1RR

  • You will not need any bank details as all funds that you raise will go straight to the WTCHC campaign.

  • It also means that we can keep up track of everyone who is collecting sponsorship.
