Staying Healthy in Lockdown
With Hockey unable to continue due to national lockdown we need to find new ways of looking after both our physical and mental well-being!
Every Thursday night at 7.30pm Nat Ward will be holding an online zoom fitness session lasting 30 minutes, allowing for socialisation and a bit of sweat! No equipment is needed for these sessions.
These sessions are seen as a way to release some of the frustrations about our current situation and to help us keep fit for when we can play hockey again.
The zoom details will be sent out to team captains and shared on the team facebook groups.
